Bola Atta is presently the Group Director for Corporate communications for UBA (the United Bank for Africa) as well as the UBA Foundation CEO. She is also the Executive Producer of REDTV through which she sponsored PA 2022.

Bola Atta was nominated as the Best Marketing professional in West Africa in 2017. She was also on the list of the 40 top Nigerians under 40 in 2008 and celebrated as one of the 100 most influential women in Nigeria in 2015. 


In 2001, Atta proposed to M-Net’s board the creation of a channel dedicated to African—particularly Nollywood—films. She developed and launched it in 2003, later joining the board of Media24 Nigeria, an affiliate of Media24.

Nicholas is the Founder and President of Invention Studios, Los Angeles, an independent creative production company developing a wide range of features and television series for major American platforms such as HBO Max, CBS, Amazon, Amblin, Paramount, and Apple. The studio has established and developing film projects in Africa – including Nigeria and Kenya.

Invention Studios – powered by a first- look financing deal with Fremantle, focuses on a range of projects that span film, television, new media, and podcasts. The company is devoted to groundbreaking projects and bold storytelling that represent the widest and deepest possible human experience.

Chike Nwoffiah is an award-winning film producer, director, and educator. He is a member of the Screen Actors Guild - American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA). Over the years, he has received numerous honors, including a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition from the U.S. House of Congress and the Arts Leadership Award from the Arts Council Silicon Valley. Chike is the founder and executive director of the Silicon Valley African Film Festival (SVAFF), a leading platform celebrating African cinema and culture. In addition to his film work, he teaches African History at Menlo College in Atherton, California.  Chike is widely respected for building bridges between African and global audiences.

Lisa Osinloye has been an executive producer and entertainment industry veteran for more than 25 years. She began her career in the music business as an artist, writer, manager and producer who secured her first record deal with Atlantic Records as just a teen. She worked with the Grammy Award-Winning group, Cameo at the tender age of 15 and was a songwriter in Multi-Grammy and Emmy Award Winning Producer, Narada Michael Walden’s camp, who has produced hit records for iconic artists such as Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, and Mariah Carey.

 

Lisa is also the co-founder of Fortune Girls, a multi-media brand that has reached over 7 million girls worldwide. Lisa recently produced the feature film The Last Full Measure, starring 9 academy award winners and nominees, including Samuel Jackson, Christopher Plummer, Ed Harris and Sebastian Stan to name a few.

Founder and General Director of Kbey Business Services, Karine Barclais has been working for many years in the global event industry. Namely, she has been the Promotion Director for France and French speaking countries for prestigious events.

 

Karine holds a post-graduate degree in International Business (Toulouse University, France), a Diploma in Economics and English Studies (Portsmouth Polytechnic, England). Karine also studied entrepreneurship at HEC. What drives this polyglot (she speaks 5 languages) is to open new opportunities for companies, governments and institutions who would feel shy to go on their own on the global markets.

Creator and producer of the celebrity interview show The Red Booth which she grew from local TV to national cable and now to international distribution. Quigley is the driving force behind Skyrocket’s rapidly expanding global presence as she works toward taking the company public.

Her media career began in modeling and evolved into writing, directing, and acting in short films and TV shows on major networks. In 2006, she founded Druid Pictures, contributing to the development of several feature films before producing The Red Booth, where she oversaw all aspects of production, from financing to distribution.

With Skyrocket, Quigley’s vision is to build a global distribution platform that gives independent creators direct access to broadcasters and unprecedented participation in revenues. This approach extends to Skyrocket’s music division, Andromeda Records, created to better support artists.

She also founded Entertainment Africa in 2020 to bring content from underserved African filmmakers to both African and international markets. Today, Skyrocket distributes independent content worldwide and continues to expand its slate of original productions while pursuing strategic acquisitions to accelerate growth.

Mark Walton is an Associate Professor of Media Management at The New School in New York City and the founder of Onyx Global Media, an advocacy and media consultancy.

He previously served as President of Sales & Marketing for One Caribbean Television and as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for The Africa Channel, where he was part of the launch team for the U.S. and UK markets. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Onyx Media Group International, securing distribution and sponsorship for more than 50 television programs.

In film, he was a founding partner and Vice President of Marketing at KJM3 Entertainment Group, contributing to the successful release of titles such as Julie Dash’s Daughters of the Dust and Raoul Peck’s The Man By The Shore. He also spent over a decade at CBS Television Network in New York, holding various management roles.

For more than 25 years, he has taught Media Management at Fordham University and The New School. Mr. Walton holds a BS in Journalism from Boston University and a Master’s degree from the Yale School of Management.
